2025 All-Japan Sabaki Challenge Fukuoka- Kardas Dojo Results
I would like to take this time to express how proud I am of two members of our Dojo for the way they represented us in one of the world’s most elite full-contact tournaments, the 2025 All-Japan Sabaki Challenge: Senpai Ethan Brearley and Senpai Marcus Kardas.
Both competitors represented our Dojo with respect, discipline, fighting spirit, and above all integrity. Their performance on the tatami earned the respect of everyone in attendance. The strength of their spirit and the character they displayed throughout the tournament truly reflected the values we strive to uphold every day in our training.
Heavyweight Division – Runner-Up Finish
A special acknowledgment goes to Senpai Marcus, who took runner-up in the Heavyweight Division after a back and forth battle with Japan’s Senpai Ryua Ito, a three-time All-Japan Champion. Marcus’ technique, determination, and unwavering fighting spirit pushed Senpai Ito to his limits in an intense and memorable match.
I would also like to extend my congratulations to Senpai Ito on his victory. He is a great champion, and I’m sure we will see Marcus and Ito meet again on the tournament stage in the future.
Please join me in congratulating Senpai Ethan and Senpai Marcus for their outstanding efforts and for making our Dojo proud on an international stage. Their dedication and courage inspire us all.
